The rationale behind this course
This course is designed to help English teachers become familiar with the foundational concepts of advanced grammar, providing a strong basis for developing language awareness. Teachers will not only gain insight into linguistic complexity but will also be able to analyze a range of reading and listening passages in depth, noticing complex language in everyday contexts.
Additionally, this course includes access to a discussion forum, where all participants will have the opportunity to analyze and produce language, with feedback provided on a weekly basis.
Ultimately, this course offers a valuable perspective for teachers who want to understand grammatical structures at a deeper level. With this knowledge, they will be better equipped to address grammar more effectively in their lessons.

Dynamics of the course
Each lesson begins with a discussion designed to activate participants' existing knowledge and experiences. This is followed by an activity focused on noticing and producing language. The language that emerges naturally leads to a deeper, more expansive discussion. Each lesson builds upon the foundations established in the previous one, ensuring a cohesive learning journey.
A weekly task is assigned in the discussion forum with a view to encouraging students to take ownership of their learning and develop autonomy.
